Dirichlet reaction-diffusion model of myocardial remodeling

An anisotropic multicomponent tissue model that combines reaction-diffusion dynamics with uncertainty-aware Dirichlet concentration parameters.

This project develops a reaction-diffusion model for post-infarction myocardial remodeling in which the state variables encode both tissue composition and uncertainty.

The analytical core is global existence, invariant-region control, and strengthened regularity under additional assumptions on the fiber field and initial data. On the computational side, the project studies barrier effects, transition zones, and interpretable space-time scenarios.
